How you can help Bell House

 email direct to support@bellhouse.co.uk

Bell House is a charity led by volunteers and funded by donations. Our projects include both courses and events, and are either free to attend or run on a not-for-profit basis, with bursary places to ensure full accessibility.

Our charity is in its early days but we have exciting things planned. By supporting us with a donation, future projects that you could contribute to include:

  • Bee-keeping lessons & courses: We're introducing garden beehives so we can run beekeeping courses in the Spring.
  • Cookery courses: These could include pre-university crash-courses and sustainable cooking courses.
  • Supporting other small charities: We have a great space to use as a resource for small charities: hosting courses and networking events.
  • Accessible dyslexia support: Continuing our programme of dyslexia talks and introducing initiatives like touchtyping.
  • Musical and art-based events: Concerts, sculpture exhibitions & other arts events.

Past donations have included contributions towards our programme of dyslexia talks for parents, a donation towards restoration works, and a donation to help fund our Learning to Care project, where we will run courses to teach people about how to care for the elderly.

If you would be interested in meeting up to discuss how you might contribute to Bell House we would of course be happy to arrange to meet for a cup of tea and to tell you about our work and to hear your ideas.
