How to: A Seasonal Supper


Learn how to cook a tasty, seasonal and healthy vegetarian supper with Zita Steyn, author of Good Better Green cookbook in the Bell House kitchen.

You will work together from 4-6pm to create a delicious meal using ingredients from the Bell House vegetable garden and other seasonal food. Afterwards you will be able to enjoy the food together.

Zita will teach you how to cook the following*

  • Broccoli and carrot tabbouleh

  • Chargrilled asparagus and courgette with tarragon dressing

  • New potatoes with Aji sauce

  • Farinata pizza with watercress and hazelnut pesto, and soft goats cheese 

  • Rhubarb mess with candied rosemary

Tickets cost £45.
