Do you have concerns about someone’s wellbeing, stress levels or mental health but you're not sure how to approach a conversation? Would you like to know how to react if someone approached you regarding their depression or anxiety?

Join Tracy from Happy Life to learn some practical tips and ideas to start that conversation, reach out to support a friend and look after your wellbeing through the process. This workshop will be informative and interactive, with a chance to share experiences and ideas but with no pressure to do so. By talking about mental health we not only support the individual but also break down stigma enabling others to reach out for support.

You do not need any prior knowledge to attend. This course is for anyone aged over 16 with an interest in mental health or wellbeing - whether that is for themselves or assisting friends, family or colleagues in the workplace or community.
