Always wanted to be that person that prepares meals for the week? Learn the fundamentals to make your life easier (and healthier!)

About this Event

Learn how to meal prep for the week ahead in the Bell House kitchen with Zita Steyn (foodfights.co.uk), author of Good Better Green.

You will prepare a variety of components (mostly plant-based and using produce from the Bell House vegetable garden) and Zita will demonstrate how to use these basic building blocks in several delicious seasonal dishes, that will then be shared by all around a communal table at 6pm.

Bring your reusable containers and leave with a bounty of prepped ingredients to recreate these dishes at home.
