You are invited to the launch of a new children’s book ‘Bella, Bertie and Bill’ written and illustrated by Bell House neighbours, Val and Doug.  These gentle stories follow the lives of 3 characters as they navigate the world through a neurodiverse perspective.

Bella is a very inquisitive 9-year old. Bertie is her long-nosed, short-legged, long-tailed, long- bodied dachshund who is very proud. Bill is a jet-black crow who is very intelligent and lives in a gnarled tree at the end of the village. Like everyone, Bella often has problems. Bertie is always determined to help and Bill usually has the answers.

These stories include beautiful illustrations by Doug and generate some lovely conversations around their content and interesting facts.
