Meditation Workshop - 10.30am and 12.45pm
Breaking Barriers. 20m.
This is an interactive conversation about how others (and ourselves) could set us up failure by using repetitive, limiting language, generally from a place of love, yet without understanding the power of words and actions. We will break through mental barriers to achieve success through meditation and visualisation, and a symbolic breaking of a jar.
London-born international meditation teacher, author and motivational speaker, Michael Doiley, leads this workshop for all ages 10+. With a background in counselling and over two decades of experience in mindfulness, he has taught both adults and teenagers how to use meditation to find calm, clarity and confidence. Founder of The Best Possible You, he has dedicated his platform to help people unlock their full potential through meditation, motivation, and self-mastery.

Improvisation Games for Connection, Confidence and Expression. 1h.
Faisal Dacosta will lead the Play to Belong Drama Workshop, a unique drama-based session designed for young people aged 9 to 15 who are neurodivergent or socially anxious.
This workshop uses playful improv games like Mafia, gibberish theatre and storytelling to create connection, boost confidence and gently build self-expression. There is no pressure to perform, just space to play, talk, laugh and belong.
Faisal is a multidisciplinary creative, EOTAS mentor and experienced SEN learning coach. He brings a rich background in acting (CBBC, BBC, Apple TV, FilmNation) and education, having collaborated with Southwark Local Authority to build EOTAS systems and currently mentoring multiple families through tailored one-to-one SEN support.
