About this Event

Do you have vegetarian friends or family joining you for Christmas? Or are you trying to eat less meat? Then this is the perfect class for you. Learn how to make five spectacular vegetarian main dishes to add to your festive table. Spend two hours prepping the dishes from scratch in the Bell House kitchen with Zita Steyn, author of Good Better Green, before sitting down to share your creations and a little sweet treat to end the evening at 7pm. Please note, this class is not suitable for nut allergy sufferers.

We will be making:

- Persian Aubergine Fesenjan (vegan)

- Beetroot and shallot tarte tatin

- Greens and Gruyère roulade

- Spiced pumpkin and ricotta filo pie

- Choux wreath with caramelised onions
