We're back at Bell House with another PositivePause ‘Talking Menopause with the Experts’ event, where you can find out first-hand how to manage menopause, wherever you are on the journey - late 30’s onwards and curious about what you can in advance? Or, maybe you’re in peri or post-menopause?

What will we be talking about?

  • The impact of falling hormones on women's bodies & minds, plus the solutions that could help!

  • The real deal on HRT - squashing myths & misconceptions, arming you with the facts

  • Looking at the role of nutrition & tackling misconceptions about fads, food & diets in midlife

  • How and why, exercise & movement are so important for managing your stress, health & wellbeing, age-proof your body!

Who’s talking?

Dr Shahzadi Harper: Menopause doctor from the Harper Clinic takes an interactive, holistic approach to managing hormonal health, she looks at every element that comes into play at this time – physical, psychological and social. She’s passionately committed to restoring women’s wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem. 

Emma Bardwell: Dulwich-based Emma Bardwell, is a fully registered nutritional therapist with a particular interest in women's health. In a world of conflicting nutrition messages and sensationalist headlines, she believes in a no nonsense, evidence based approach to helping clients live healthier, happier lives. 

Jane Dowling: A clinical exercise specialist with 20 years’ experience tailoring personal training and health solutions at her London Bridge studio, Jane's passionate about sharing preventative health messages about bone & heart health with women. Her own menopause experience inspired by to set up meno&me advising women on exercise and lifestyle changes.

Timing: 7.00-9.00pm. Doors open at 7.00 speakers will start promptly at 7.30. 

Venue: Bell HouseDulwich Village - three nearby stations West Dulwich, North Dulwich and Herne Hill. Also, served by the P4 bus & close to the South Circular. Free parking available on College Road and local side roads.
