About the Speaker

Registered Nutritionist, Lisa Patient, will explain the risk factors and symptoms of heart disease, and which foods can help keep your cholesterol and blood pressure under control.

Lisa lives in Norbury and is a BANT Registered Nutritionist and public speaker at Vital Health Nutrition Ltd. She qualified from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and has worked with hundreds of people to help them adapt their diet to improve their health and wellbeing.
