Living with Depression

Depression is the most common form of mental ill health, with up to 1 in 5 of the population experiencing depression. It can be a challenging condition to live with and live alongside.

This session is open for those living with depression themselves or caregivers looking to offer support.

We will focus on helping you understand how to manage depression effectively using cognitive and behavioural strategies. We will give you practical ideas to enable you to make positive changes from today.

This event is free with a suggested donation of £5. Any proceeds will be shared equally between Bell House and Tracy Douthwaite.
