Managing Anxiety in Young People

Anxiety is a natural reaction to unknown situations but we can learn how to respond and manage it. There has been a rise in anxiety in young people over the last few years, understandably when you consider the challenges and changes they have faced.

This session will support you to understand why young people feel anxious, spot signs and symptoms and importantly explore some strategies to manage anxiety.

It is aimed at parents, caregivers, those supporting young people, although young people are welcome to join.

This event is free. Way to Wellbeing and Bell House are grateful for any donations. Suggested donation of £5. If you need a free ticket please email [email protected].
