A self-expression trail through the Bell House garden exploring the many ways we communicate who we are.

We would like to invite you to join us for a guided Self Expression Trail during the Dyslexia Fair.

The trail will take place in the beautiful Bell House garden from 11:30 - 3:00.

As you wander through the garden you will discover a series of interactive activities celebrating the many different ways we express ourselves.

Together we will explore how our faces, bodies, words, sounds and creativity help us communicate our thoughts, feelings and ideas. Along the way there will be opportunities to reflect, play, create and connect with others in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Why should you take part?

We hope that taking part in the Self Expression Trail will encourage children, young people and any accompanying adults to explore the many ways we express ourselves and help us remember  that there is no single “right” way to communicate. We all express ourselves differently, and those differences make us unique.

The trail celebrates confidence, creativity, curiosity and connection, reminding us that every voice, every movement and every idea has value.

We really hope you’ll take the opportunity to join the trail. Whether you choose to smile, move, speak, listen or create, we look forward to celebrating self-expression with you!
