Hot Flush: Menopause Event

HotFlush.info, recently featured on BBC Woman’s Hour, is an online resource for time-stretched women looking for upbeat, up-to-date information on how best to manage menopause.

Hot Flush are organising a series of informal events at Bell House, offering a place to meet and talk with the experts, no topic is taboo.

The first, features Registered Nutritional Therapist, Jackie Lynch, looking at the link between nutrition, mood, energy and wellbeing in menopause. Explaining how depleting oestrogen impacts digestive and bone health. Chartered Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Christien Bird, will myth bust intimate care concerns, specifically aimed at pelvic floor muscles. She offers advice on how to deal with personal women’s health issues and ‘life’s little leaks’, that are all too common but never normal.

Tickets include a gift bag and light refreshments.
