There are times in life when we can feel stressed and this can affect both our physical and mental health. But there are changes you can make and simple scientifically proven techniques you can learn to reduce your stress which leads to a happier and healthier life. Join Tracy from Happy Life for this interactive session on 5 ways to reduce stress, includes resources to take away and utilise to make real changes to your well-being. 

You do not need any prior knowledge to attend. This course is for anyone aged over 16 with an interest in mental health or wellbeing - whether that is for themselves or assisting friends, family or colleagues in the workplace or community.

About the speaker

Tracy Douthwaite is a mental health and wellbeing trainer, connector and consultant. Her business, Happy Life, offers a range of training, workshops, talks and 121 support focusing on mental health awareness, breaking down stigma and learning how to increase our wellbeing and resilience. 

She has over 30 years’ experience supporting people with mental health issues, learning difficulties and drug and alcohol problems to lead engaged, meaningful lives.

Tickets for this workshop are £10.
