Mental Health in the Workplace or School

We are seeing increasing levels of stress, depression, anxiety and a range of other mental health issues in workplaces and schools. Managers, HR and colleagues often do not how to support individuals to stay in work or return after an absence. Similarly, teachers and peers are often unsure how best to help support young people with their mental wellbeing in the school environment.

We need to put well-being at the heart of work and schooling, enabling all staff to feel supported and valued. Join Tracy from Happy Life to discuss this issue and learn ways to increase mental health understanding and wellbeing for your workplace or school.

You do not need any prior knowledge to attend. This course is for anyone aged over 16 with an interest in mental health or wellbeing - whether that is for themselves or assisting friends, family or colleagues in the workplace or community.
