Cook and Share: How to… reduce your meat consumption

Zita Steyn will show you how you can reduce your meat consumption without compromising on taste. In this workshop, you will learn how to recreate your favourite meat dishes like lasagna, minced beef tacos and steak sandwiches with alternatives such as pulses, tempeh, fermented tofu and jackfruit. The class includes time to sit down in one of the beautiful rooms at Bell House and share the delicious food that you have made.

Suitable for vegans and gluten-allergy sufferers.
