In this talk, the CEO of the British Dyslexia Association, Nick Posford, will explore the charity’s evolving strategy and its potential impact for dyslexic people of all ages, and for all of us. 

Despite growing recognition of neurodiversity, there are many obstructions for those who think differently. To build a more positive future, we need to rethink our approach to education and work. Dyslexia-friendly schools and workplaces not only unleash the talents of the 1 in 10 people with dyslexia, they offer a more welcoming environment for everyone. Stepping outside the box sparks innovation and creativity that can power a new future.
