This fact-filled talk explains how the right food and lifestyle choices can support you through the menopause, and minimise menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, anxiety and joint pain.

The talk will last for approximately 35 minutes with time for Q&A

About the Speaker

Lisa Patient is a BANT Registered Nutritionist with a special interest in hormone balance, metabolic disorders, skin conditions and weight loss. Lisa loves sharing her knowledge by giving talks, and her wide experience also includes many years as a regular contributor to the Optimum Nutrition Magazine and working on behalf of BANT as a Clinical Supervisor for Nutritional Therapists. Before retraining as a nutritionist Lisa had a successful career in financial services.

Please note that this event will be held in-person at Bell House, and numbers will be limited to allow for social distancing. Masks are welcome but not mandatory.
