Yoga for Perimenopause, Menopause & Beyond

Learn techniques to manage some of the symptoms of the menopause using gentle and restorative yoga postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation and relaxation over this five week course.

The aim of the course is to provide a safe and supportive space in which to share information about the menopause and to offer specific tools that you can draw upon in your daily life. We will discuss how to support wellbeing with adjustments to lifestyle and nutrition, explore alternative therapies such as aromatherapy and herbal remedies and raise awareness of what triggers symptoms using mindfulness and journaling.

Each session will focus upon a different symptom:

● Anxiety and Overwhelm

● Insomnia

● Hot Flushes

● Menopause Rage and Irritability

● Fatigue

The course is suitable for beginners and does not require the body of a gymnast or any special equipment!
