Bell House Dyslexia Fair 2023

About this event

The fair brings together families, educators and the wider dyslexia community to learn more about dyslexia, talk to experts, discover useful resources and share experiences and advice.

This year the Fair will have a special focus on ‘Celebrating Strengths and Supporting Challenges’. The Bell House Dyslexia Fair is still completely FREE to attend.

With experts in their field delivering presentations on topics such as executive functioning, the use of assistive technology, improving reading fluency, developing spelling skills and supporting maths difficulties.

There will be workshops for parents and carers on supporting your child’s emotional wellbeing and how best to support your child with their learning. Our ever popular Primary and Secondary panel discussions will be running again - these sessions bring together experts, parents and students to share experiences, top tips and advice.

We will be running our popular one to one advice clinics with even more local experts answering your questions.

Creative workshops will take place across the day. There will be letterpress printing with Simon Trewin from the Garage Press, and a chance to learn magic tricks with The Illusioneer.
