Mindfulness Series: The Art of Being Well

Join me for a weekly wellbeing series designed to help people slow down and reconnect - with themselves and with a sense of joy. Each session blends gentle mindfulness with creativity and different sensory experiences like:

  • sound healing,

  • poetry,

  • gratitude journalling,

  • creative visualisations,

  • breathwork,

  • …and even a chocolate meditation!

It’s not about performance or fixing yourself: it's about creating a calm, playful space where your nervous system can settle and your creativity can breathe.

No prior experience is needed – this is a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can come exactly as you are.

This course is led by:

  • Emma Latham-Jones – a mindfulness teacher, academic tutor and mentor.

Weekly 45-minute sessions on Fridays, 12.30 - 1.15pm.
