Lino Printed Wrapping Paper Workshop

  • Bell House Dulwich 27 College Rd England, SE21 7BG United Kingdom (map)

Come and join local printmaker Sarah in this lino print evening taster at the Bell House Print Room and Bindery. Within the session, you will learn the step-by-step method of linoprinting, a printmaking process used by artists such as Picasso and Matisse. Throughout the evening, you will gain a new skillset in a much loved craft form, by learning how to carve a lino plate, ink up using a brayer and print. All participants will leave the workshop having transferred bespoke imagery into wrapping paper (brown paper), ready for Christmas. All levels are welcome.

Short Bio: Sarah is a facilitator from South London, who specialises in teaching lino printing and embroidery. She runs collage clubs in Crystal Palace and Bromley. You can find her craft content on Instagram @snipnstickselondon
