A seasonal supper paired with wines from Italy, Spain, Hungary and France. Using seasonal ingredients I will cook you supper and serve you wines in the glorious gardens of Bell house (or overlooking them if the weather is not kind).

The session will be led by Jade Koch who is a local Sommelier, buyer, cook, wine competition judge and educator. She is a mother of three girls, volunteers at their school and loves hosting everyone! She has worked for several restaurants including Ransome’s Dock, Tate, St. John, and Trullo. She has always had a passion for sharing knowledge and food and wine pairing with an eye on the seasons is of particular interest.
