Join us for a transformative evening designed to cultivate balance, resilience and calm through the combined practices of mindfulness, yogic movement and breathwork.
This course is co-led by:
Richard Knight – a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher with over 1,500 hours of teaching experience. Richard has hosted numerous workshops and five international retreats, and brings a wealth of knowledge from his work teaching yoga in studios across London and mindfulness to inpatients on a specialist mental health ward.
Emma Latham-Jones – a certified meditation & mindfulness teacher, academic tutor and executive coach. With a background in guiding individuals through periods of transition, Emma integrates mindfulness into education, coaching and wellbeing practices.
Together, Richard and Emma will guide you through a progressive programme that blends:
Mindfulness training – building focus, clarity and present-moment awareness.
Yogic movement – gentle, accessible postures and flows to release tension and reconnect body and mind.
Meditation & breathwork practices – a range of techniques to develop calm, resilience and inner stability.
