Mindfulness, Yoga & Sound Bath. A gentle workshop to help you unwind.

Join us for a nurturing, soothing workshop designed to help you unwind, restore and reconnect. Through a gentle blend of mindfulness, breathwork, embodied movement and sound healing, this session offers a deep reset for the nervous system.

This immersive experience begins with guided mindfulness and grounding practices to calm the mind and centre the body. We’ll then move through slow, accessible yogic movements to release tension and reconnect with breath. No prior yoga experience is needed: this is a space for all bodies.

The workshop culminates in a sound bath, featuring a rich palette of live instruments including crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes. As sound vibrations ripple through the body, they gently invite a state of deep rest, emotional release, and energetic balance.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply in need of stillness, this workshop invites you to pause and replenish. Come as you are; there’s nothing to achieve, only space to soften.

Open to all levels and warmly welcoming of complete beginners.
