Japanese style tile decorating with guest potter, Koki Kimura

Join Bell House Pottery for a unique opportunity to learn the art of decorating ceramic tiles in the Sansui (landscape) style. 

Your tutor, Koki Kimura, is a third-generation potter from the famous pottery town of Mashiko, Japan. He will show you how to use brushes and underglaze stains to decorate bisque tiles.

You can then keep up to three tiles which we will glaze and fire for you.

This one-hour workshop is suitable for all levels, no previous experience with clay required. For adults (18 and over).
