In our busy lives we can all benefit from taking some time out to focus on building our resilience to manage stress and cope with life’s ups and downs. 

In this interactive session you will learn how to recognise the early signs of stress. We'll examine the mind-body connection and how you can employ effective strategies to improve your wellbeing, reduce stress and build your resilience. 

You will have the opportunity to learn about the latest research from the field of positive psychology, neuroscience and contemplative practice, and to try out tested strategies to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle.


About the speaker

Tracy is a mental health and wellbeing trainer, connector and consultant. Her business, Happy Life, offers a range of training, workshops, talks and 121 support focusing on mental health awareness, breaking down stigma and learning how to increase our wellbeing and resilience. 

She has over 30 years’ experience supporting people with mental health issues, learning difficulties and drug and alcohol problems to lead engaged, meaningful lives.
