Would you like to try veganism, but you can't part with your favourite dishes? This cookery course will be for you!

About this Event

Learn vegan healthy cooking with Zita Steyn. In this class, you will learn how to veganise your favourite comfort foods (and the skills to change many of your other favourite recipes too!) while maintaining bold, satisfying flavors. We will be making pulled vegan “pork” sandwiches, chilli con carne, mac ’n cheese, “boeuf" Bourguignon, chocolate mousse.
