Have you thought about exploring mindfulness? But not sure if it’s for you or what to expect? Why not come and try a free taster session?

Mindfulness is a way of staying in the moment and developing a kind and non-judgemental awareness to ourselves and our surroundings. It helps us see clearly what is going on in our lives. It is not about trying to change the way things are but about accepting things as they are - the pleasant and unpleasant - and being able to respond to life's ups and downs with greater freedom. It supports a re connection between mind and body.

Come and join me for a taster to mindfulness practice in a welcoming and supportive space. I will be running an 8 week Mindfulness & Self Compassion course in February at Bell House You can use this taster to see if that may be right for you or just as a one off practice.
