Webinar: Wellbeing for challenging times

A free online webinar on ways to improve your wellbeing during challenging times now and in the future.

Prioritizing your wellbeing is always important but in challenging times it becomes key and it is often when we let it slip. This session will help you focus on small, easy steps you can take right now to improve your wellbeing. It will share evidenced-based ways that positively impact your physical and mental health, which in turn will increase your ability to cope with life’s challenges.

This online session will be lead by Tracy from Way to Wellbeing, a professional trainer and consultant who focuses on holistically supporting wellbeing in workplaces and the community.
