TechTogether: Scheduling a Zoom call and Google Meets

TechTogether is a project at Bell House providing technical support and guidance to anyone who may need it. The workshops will be led by the friendly and patient Bell House volunteers: Liam, Georgia, Benjamin, Lucy, Philip, John, Katherine, Johnny and Ben!

This session will cover how to schedule and start a Zoom call and how to schedule and start a Google Meets call.

We will be looking at...

  • how to schedule a call and share the details with participants on both Zoom and Google Meets.

  • how to start a call once scheduled on both Zoom and Google Meets.

The session will be delivered using Zoom. Before the session we will send you a guide on how to install Zoom on your PC, laptop or handheld devices (like iPad's or smartphones). 

All skill levels are welcome, including absolute beginners! Feel free to do the workshop with a friend or family member, within the current Covid-19 Government Guidelines.
