A Guitar Concert: Whispers From The Sun

Dulwich based for 30 years, art-music creator, Branco Stoysin’s Sunny side of guitar meets the beautiful natural world in a harmonious synergy.

Launching his triple anniversary new CD album, Whispers From The Sun, his creative motto has always been: and whispers from the Sun flow into the music. You will not only hear the music but see it, music that will replenish your heart, soul and ears; a solo-guitar recital that sounds at least as a duet. For a magical finale, Branco will perform live alongside the screening of his three special tunes/video projects of the beautiful natural world. This needs to be seen and heard to be believed. Not to be missed.

Whispers From the Sun marks 40 years of music making and the 25th anniversary of Branco’s Sun Recordings label that has produced nine acclaimed CD albums, a live DVD and two music books.

‘All of the Stoysin hallmarks are here, gorgeous folk inspired melodies, skilful but unhurried playing, a pristine recorded sound and an obvious love of both humanity and nature. At a superficial level it’s pretty and relaxing but this is music that reveals so much more, hidden just below the decorous surface’ Ian Mann - The Jazz Mann, April 2023
