  • Bell House Dulwich 27 College Rd England, SE21 7BG United Kingdom (map)

Menopause Connections: A Holistic Approach to Menopause is proudly presented by a team of local menopause practitioners covering nutrition, pelvic health, fitness medical and natural approaches to managing menopause symptoms.

This event, the first in a series of monthly meet-ups, is designed to enlighten, support, and empower individuals on their unique journey through menopause.‌

Does this sound like you:

  • How and where do I get the right answers around menopause management?

  • Am I peri-menopausal?

  • How do I prioritise my health?

  • I find all the information out there overwhelming and confusing

  • I struggle with stress management and I’m juggling too much

  • I want to know how to control my symptoms, my fluctuating weight, my fitness, and a hormone related emotional rollercoaster

Our expert practitioners will give you practical solutions to:

  • Getting back to being you

  • Understanding what is happening to your body

  • Achieving better physical and mental wellbeing

  • Developing techniques to manage stress/ insomnia/ fatigue

  • Focusing on nutrition for optimal hormone balance and longevity

  • Strengthen neglected pelvic floor muscles

The monthly meet-ups are focused on providing practical solutions and an honest and open conversation with likeminded women in the community.
