A journey through flight, infinity and mortality, Chloe brings together five composers in a solo harp recital that moves between the intimate and the immense.
The distinctive voices of Henriette Renié, Jean-Philippe Rameau, Kelly-Marie Murphy, Franz Liszt and Uno Vesje create a constellation of contrasting worlds. Ancient dances meet contemporary soundscapes; fragile melodies give way to turbulence, silence and transcendence.
Having started playing the harp at age 7, Chloe excelled throughout her teenage years and went on to win competitions such as the Mid-Somerset Festival in Bath and a music scholarship to study at the prestigious Millfield School in Somerset. When she left school, Chloe briefly studied Economics and Sociology at the University of Liverpool before realising that her true passion lay in music and began studying with at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London and followed this with a master’s degree at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
Chloe is pleased to have won the 2025 Renié Harp prize, the 2025-26 academy position with the CBSO, the 2026 RLPO Helen Cookson Prize as well as a silver medal in the Opera Zero 2026 international Harp Competition.
