Balance Under Pressure: Women’s Wellbeing in a Stressful World
Modern life places many demands on women. Between work, family, relationships, and daily responsibilities, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed, stressed, and out of balance.
Our aim with this interactive wellbeing event is to help women better understand stress and discover practical, empowering ways to restore calm, balance, and emotional wellbeing.
The evening brings together a panel of four experienced wellbeing practitioners, each specialising in a different but complimentary approach to supporting mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
Rather than simply talking about stress, this session will be experiential, giving people the opportunity to actually try powerful techniques and feel their calming and balancing effects.
During the event, guests will learn more about and have a short experience of:
EFT / Tapping to help release stress, anxiety, and emotional tension
Hypnotherapy techniques to calm the mind and create a deeper sense of relaxation and mental clarity
Movement practices designed to boost mood, release stress, and reconnect with your body
Herbal and natural wellbeing insights to support stress resilience and overall balance
Each expert will briefly introduce their approach and guide participants through a short experience so they can feel the benefits in real time.
By the end of the event, participants will leave with:
✨ Practical tools to manage stress in everyday life
✨ A deeper understanding of how stress affects the mind and body
✨ Techniques to use to bring more calm and balance into the day
✨ Insights from experienced wellbeing practitioners
There will also be a little time for a live Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to ask the experts questions.
This will be for women who can feel overwhelmed and are curious about holistic wellbeing approaches, or are simply looking for new ways to support mental and emotional health.
Our aim is that this event will leave people feeling more relaxed, empowered, and inspired to prioritise their wellbeing.
